Job Summary: The Road Service Dispatcher will be responsible for communicating with the road service techs by providing them with repair authorizations, guidance on repairs, customer contact information, and parts information. This position will play a critical role in assisting the Sr. Service Manager in overseeing the on-site repair services, coordinating road service technicians, and ensuring the safe, efficient and effective delivery of top-notch repair services to our customers.
